“Have used this in both hot coffee and cold smoothies. I prefer it in the hot coffee. It dissolves completely and doesn’t change the taste of the coffee. When used in cold smoothies, I find that it doesn’t completely dissolve and sticks to the sides. I am still using and, at this point, I am still waiting to see how it makes a difference with my skin and hair.
