“I purchased a vibrating machine from Vitality 4 Life. The transaction and delivery went very efficiently however when I tried to use it I found that the machine was inoperable due to a wiring fault. I reported the problem to V4L and sent it back. The people I dealt with accepted that there was a problem with the machine without equivocation. As there was no further stock available I was fully refunded for the purchase. Because of the efficient and fair manner with which I was treated, I continued to watch the website to see if other machines became available. When one did I had no reservations about purchasing again. As a result we have a good machine which my wife and I use regularly and are reaping the benefits of firmer leg and stomach muscles.”
