“I was a little scared at first but this was an amazing cleanse. Just to preface my situation, I have ALWAYS struggled with constipation, ever since I was a baby. I’ve learned of my 39 yrs of life that dairy was a culprit. I also realized a week or two prior to my cycle I would get constipated as well. I didn’t know what to do. After doing research for cleanse I came across this one and thought I’d give it a go. Sooooo glad I did! I love that my bowel movements are after every meal (which is how it’s supposed to be) and I have a complete movements. My gut feels squeaky clean Only thing is I’m not sure how to maintain that. What supplement should I take to keep things flowing the way they should be. I eat loads of veggies everyday and drink tons of water ( which is all I drink). Suggestions would be appreciated.”
