“I was a little scared at first but this was an amazing cleanse. Just to preface my situation, I have ALWAYS struggled with constipation, ever since I was a baby. I’ve learned of my 39 yrs of life that dairy was a culprit. I also realized a week or two prior to my cycle I would get constipated as well. I didn’t know what to do.
