“I've used JFM and another "all natural" brand that made me breakout, so I was skeptical when I saw Volt. Some of the reviews said "it's mascara," but it's more liquid. It goes on pretty easily and stays on - I tried to see if it would smudge with water and it didn't. But it easily washes out.
