I was sent two Ebony Brown Black and no Dark Brown. This is my first time purchasing your product so I wanted to test out a few different shades. The Ebony Brown Black, it is way too dark. Please send me the Dark Brown as requested.

“I don't understand it's purpose. It washes out instantly. It leaves your beard feeling sticky and gross, If let in beard, it can rub off on clothing or pillows.

“Great color; loved the way it looked. But after two days my skin itched all over my body and I got hives wherever I itched. I suppose most people won’t have this problem, but if you have sensitive skin or allergies, start with a small amount. The color makes the beard very rough like a Brillo pad. I really liked the way it looked and am disappointed that I had to stop. But after two tries, I’m sure the hives came from Volt. It took about ten days from the itching to heal and stop.”
Keeping things sanitized does not mean that you have to smell like rubbing alcohol or deal with sticky hands. We are glad to hear your feedback and share it with our customers.

The masks definitively do not help. The beard is exposed to carbon dioxide, more heat, constant rubbing and liquifying breath vapors which all can shorten the lifespan of the product. Still, the advantage of Volt is that you can always have it on you and do a quick touch up as needed to keep it looking fresh. Thanks for the feedback.
