“Pretty sleek container and brush design. Very easy to apply with no or minimal mess. Using the ash gray to add some pepper to my short cropped gray beard and it works very well. Will be reodering.”
“Haven't grown a beard for about 40 years and wanted to change things up a bit. Not to my surprise, my beard is snow white on the chin and salt and pepper on the cheeks. People would comment about photos of my white goatee. Well, I don't have a goatee.....I have a short full beard. But at a glance all people saw was the white Chin (goatee).
I needed to do something to blend the white chin in with the salt and pepper looking cheeks. Then I found Volt Beard Color. WOW! What an amazing difference a few strokes of Volt Beard Color makes. I now have a great salt & pepper looking beard throughout and my wife said I even look younger. I look forward to applying the color each time and love the results! FANTASTIC!”
“The ash color I found to be a bit to tan/gray, would’ve liked to see more dark. I like the concept, like that if it does get on my skin it comes off easily as I have more of a stubble style beard. Love the ease of application and control of how much or little you put on. I will be ordering a different color, probably should’ve taken advantage of the 2 sample order.”
“I was just trying to give my grey beard a little touch of color. I didn't want to give my beard the full dye treatment as a dark beard just doesn't look natural on a person of my age. Trying to find the right match of color is problem one. I don't think the color I purchased is correct and in order to tell if there is something better, I will be forced to purchase other sets just to try. Second, even if going lightly over my beard, the color still covers everything and I wind up with a solid color beard. What I really want is to darken some of the hairs not all. There should be a mix of different color hairs. I'm not sure how that could be done. Maybe a special brush or a dye that only takes to some hair.
This may work perfectly for someone trying to fill in a grey spot or cover entire beard but for me, it just doesn't work.”
