“I had a small issue with the color but they took care of the issue. I ordered the wrong the color which I need a darker color and they sent it out free of charge!”
“I feel somewhat bad giving only a 1-star review, however I ordered the product, it was actually delivered very quickly to my delight, however when I opens the package it was the complete wrong color, by a lot. I order the dark brown one and was given the light blonde one. I did try it on to see if I could just make it work, and I will say the product does exactly what it says it does, it is very easy to apply and looks very natural, minus that I applied a completely different hair color than my own. I sent an email to Volt asking for replacement but I’ve yet to hear back from them and it’s been about a week. I find it odd that I can get an email from Volt about asking for a review, but I can’t get a reply to help fix my issue. Disappointing.”
“Volt does a good job of toning down the gray in my mustache and beard. With less gray, it looks thicker. The only issue I have is that it doesn't last as long as advertised. At least in my experience. Volt indicates it lasts for 48 hours. Often I find I need to touch up later the same day and reapply entirely the next. But, that's a small complaint at it is a better product and looks much more natural than "Just for Men" type dyes. I will continue to use Volt.”
Hi there. We are glad you like Volt. the lasting results vary from one individual to another, however, it only takes seconds to touch it up as needed or you can rock that salt and pepper look for a little while. Shaking the product really well is essential and it will improve its lasting power, coverage and overall performance.
