“I have been trying to exchange it for a smaller sized since I purchased it for my husband. I keep getting automated emails telling me to put in the PO number to process the refund. When I do that it tells me it doesn't recognize that number. So I am left with a shirt that is too big and a company that doesn't care to help their customer. I will not purchase Vuori again and I will share my experience with friends and family and then move on.
