“The black kore shorts came in good condition. In the same mailing, two more pair, Indigo and Charcoal arrived in terribly wrinkled condtion. The wrinkles would not come out despite washing and drying according to directions on the tag and according to directions from customer support, including steaming which the customer should not have to do. This is the third time we have had this problem. Vuori refunded us and we reordered but this time, we will not reorder. Too much aggravation and still unable to wear the shorts.”
