“I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. For a high end product like this I would have thought there would be good CS support. When my 20% discount as a first time user did not show up in the check out, I tried to get assistance but was told there was no way to speak to a CSR but I could email my issue which would take up to 2 business days for a response or GIVE their third party vender my credit card information so they could charge me a refundable $1 just to have an online chat. REALLY? My email was answered within 2 days but I was told that they could not stop my order and could not refund me the 20%. They did offer me a 20% on my NEXT order. I am so astonished at the lack of CS, there will be no next order and I have shared this experience with all my Lulu Lemon fans and family encouraging them to stick with LL.”
