“I got an email saying my shorts had been delivered. They had not. I called, chatted and emailed Vouri. They told me that I must wait an additional 10 days to file a claim. They know they think it's been delivered but they currently are refusing to assist. Customer service is 0/10. I previously loved Vouri, now I just want my money back. I suppose I'll start the dispute through my credit card since they are not providing and assistance or help.”
