“My husband loves the style and fabric. The only downside is these are about 2" too short. That's why I gave 4 stars. I bought him a XXL. For reference, my husband is 6'6 about 240 w/ an inseam of 35". He decided to keep them even though the joggers are too short b/c they are so comfortable. (He will just wear them around the house.) Hopefully soon, Vuori will make longer inseams for the tall guys.”
“Ordered these joggers based on the reviews here and a friend who has a pair and loves them. I waited two weeks for these to even ship. After multiple emails to Vuori’s nearly non-existent customer service (don’t we all just love those automated bot responses of “we totally understand” and “don’t hesitate to reach out!”?) I finally was able to speak to a real live person. That person told me that they would send my issue to their “escalation department” and someone would call me back within 24 hours. Well, no one called me. I had to email again. Essentially, each time I was given some BS excuse about a warehouse audit (which I’ve seen elsewhere in reviews for Vuori, so I’m not buying that) and “we value this feedback” rather than anyone taking the time to actually read my email or address my concerns. About three weeks later my joggers arrived and I tried them on. I was still excited since it still seemed like a decent product. I am 6,3 and athletic/slim build (I am an ultra marathoner and rock climber). The joggers didn’t look great on me and the material was thin and felt extremely cheap. There was also some loose string that came off one of the legs. I have two pairs of cheap joggers from a store in the mall (rhymes with Bold Gravy) that are way more comfy and fit and look much better. Maybe Vuori will get it together one day, but as of now this was my first and last experience with them. They really need to do better.”
