“I bought these in May of this year and I wear them two or three days a week. The seam has come undone on both pockets and one has a big hole forming. This is unacceptable for this level of product. The quality should be better.
I sent customer service an email 6 days ago with pictures and order number. They sent back a reply with a generic message asking for pictures and an order number. Obviously they didn't read my email and now won't reply to any of my messages.
I've been recommending this brand to friends but now I'll never buy from then again. Terrible.”
