“I bought these pants to add to my growing Vuori collection. I mostly use their gear for working out, but since I work from home full-time, was looking for some comfortable "around the house" pants. I got these and immediately loved them - pretty typical experience for their products.
After a couple days, I noticed a small rip in the pocket. I was bummed since, as I said, love em.
I contacted Vuori (I'd already ordered a replacement pair, since I knew how great their return policy is) to get a return form.
Instead, they told me to *keep* the pants and refunded me the cost of the new pair I ordered.
Like I said: great pants, greater customer service.”
