“Soft and comfortable. However the website wouldn’t ship to Alaska. They later told me it was a glitch with PayPal, but I had to pay for shipping twice. Once to my daughters in Seattle, then again to ship it to me.
They should have paid for the extra shipping. I don’t care whose glitch it was. It was on their website.
Bottom line, I won’t order from them again, there are lots of nice pants in the world and companies who would make it right.”
