“Hi everyone! I loved the jogger pants, totally worth the price. It is super soft, cute and stylish.
The only little thing that happened that I was not a big fan, it was the customer service. I bought my pants online with the 20% off for first time shoppers, and it was too big. As I live in Encinitas where the Vuori store is located, I called them and asked if I could go there and exchange the pants to a smaller size. They answer that they certainly could do the exchange at the store. I thought that was the best solution for both sides, since we would be avoiding the returning shipping cost. When I got there, for my surprise, they had cancel my first purchase, and made buy it again with full price. So, in fact, it was not an exchange, it was a new purchase. I was told at the store they can't do exchanges, so they had to refund me for my online purchase and I had to make a new one at the store, at full price, no discount... I understand that sometimes, sales associate do not have the power to change the company's system, but for me it made no sense, and that's why I am writing to this review, so they can maybe re-evaluate their exchange polices and open up to cases like mine.”
