“I got lucky and was able to try on a pair of my friends before buying. Comfy fit for my larger legs. 5’6 145 muscular build. Got the medium. I have to fold the waist over but smalls would have been tighter in the legs and I wanted a looser fit. (Most joggers that fit in the waist look more like leggings on me defeating the purpose ) The material is thin enough that the folded over waist isn’t too bulky. Very happy with my purchase.”
