“These are hands-down the best pants I own. You can dress them up or down and they are so comfortable - I have three pairs! I will say I typically wear a size 4 or small in most clothes but have really long legs and like a looser fit in a jogger type pant, so I do go with medium in these. But if you are more proportionate top and bottom, you can probably go with your regular size.”
