“Hi, I am disappointed because after I ordered I realized the mailing address was wrong. I asked a customer service rep over email if Vuori could ship abroad. She didn't respond directly to my question and asked for the address. When I gave her the address abroad, she cancelled my order. I would have given her a US address had she told me you don't ship abroad. She also had no right to cancel my order without first asking if I had an alternative address. The whole interaction with the customer service rep was pathetic.”
