“I have a few pairs of this jogger and as everyone has mentioned they’re very soft — buttery soft. I usually wear a small, but like a baggier fit so I ordered a Medium. My only quip with one of the joggers was that the seams where the buttocks are we’re not stitched properly. After wearing one of the pairs I saw a hole in the seam. For the price of these joggers one would assume the quality and craftsmanship would be worth the price. Thankfully, customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement pair. Before doing so I sent them an email and photos of what they needed and once I did that they sent me two separate emails — one had a label to send the item back and another email providing the tracking information for the replacement item. Overall, a good experience with customer service. It’s my hope that the other products I’ve ordered from them do have some kind of discrepancy.”
