“I was super excited to receive these joggers after not wanting to spend so much $ on joggers, but I had heard such great things about them that I decided to treat myself. The navy heather is not a navy at all. It’s more of a dark blue with a speckled black “heathered” appearance that gives them a dark black-blue appearance. I bought according to my size on the Vuori size chart and read a ton of reviews about the sizing (which were all over the place). Despite not loving the color, I liked the softness and feel, so I put them on early in the morning that I was leaving for the airport and didn’t realize until a few hours later how big and baggy they looked. I looked like I was wearing a cheap pair of grungy sweats and I haven’t worn them since. I wish I had never worn them and just returned them. Since I was on the fence after reading the reviews about sizing just in case, I had also bought a size smaller in black as I was leaving for a trip and wanted to have comfortable walking pants. The smaller ones fit perfectly and the black is much cleaner and sophisticated looking than the “navy”. Those I give a 4 star (I take 1 star off for the size being inaccurate on the chart). Overall, I give those particular pair a 2 star rating for the above reasons but I would consider buying again now that I know my personal size. I’m just hesistant to do so given my experience with this pair.”
“I am hoping to get either a refund or a new pair of these joggers. After only 4 washes, I have a hole in the back of the pants.
I have sent an email to customer service, but no answer yet. Seems that is the only way to get ahold of someone.
