“Soft, not too thick, not too thin, great quality and love the high waist. I'd give it five stars, but they are no way 24.5" inseam which is the main reason I purchased it. They are more around a 26" inseam which is the longest I'd wear in a legging. So if you are petite 5'2" like me, they should not bunch up too around the ankle.”
