“The address label on my delievery was written incorrectly, causing my boots to be delivered to the wrong address. This is despite Walk Outdoors having the correct address on file. I had to arrange for the parcel to be re-delivered to a post office and pay a fee to collect it. The delivery was also delayed by five days because of this error.”

“The only criticism I have is that the laces are too short for the boots. You either have to skip a loop or do them up earlier. You could make me happy and send me some longer laces in the post.”
