“Firstly, customer service was second to none. I needed a size 13 so it was a special order. I was kept apprised as the order progressed. As it was Christmas, the order was going to take a while I was given the option to cancel. I chose to wait and when the boots came into stock (2 weeks later as estimated) I was once again phoned and asked if I still wanted the boots. Payment was not taken until I gave the final "yes please" and they were dispatched the same day. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Now onto the boots. They are a little higher cut than my last pair, and probably a bit more than I need since they are really designed for UK hill walks, and living in the South of England, my walks tend to be more lowland. That said, the boots are really comfortable and didn't take any breaking in. I have big feet and it's normal for the boots to choose me rather than vice-versa. They are plenty wide enough and an all round good fit. soles are a little greasy on the pavement, but as I said, they are really intended as a hill walking boot, so that's to be expected. Nothing more to say really. Yes, I would buy the boots again and yes, I would recommend them to a friend. The icing on the cake was the free socks! In summary, chuffed to bits with the boots and the whole shopping experience.”

“Boots look and feel great. Tried several other price band boots of different manufacturers but went with these because I also have scarpa walking shoes which are excellent. Bring on the hills !”
