“This will sound like a "screened, 5-star review" that gets posted because of the amount of stars I gave it. It's not. Oddly, I wondered why Wildings Wallbeds didn't ask me for a review a few days after I purchased the bed as most companies would do. However, it makes sense because Wildings did everything perfect. And that means even the review; they knew to wait about six months so that I could try out the bed and to be certain that I could give an honest, accurate assessment of the bed. This past week my brother asked me about the bed since he was looking to purchase a Murphy-style bed or a wallbed. Basically, I gave him a review of my experience. Everything was perfect with the wallbed. The ordering was straightforward and communication with Wildings was always hassle-free. I spoke with associates on the phone and by email. Communication was professionally handled and informative. I say this because Wildings let me know what stage of the process my furniture was going through as it takes several weeks to receive the product. Even the shipping was painless; I could track the shipment, arrange the delivery, and oversee the drop off. The assembly was the most difficult aspect, but again Wilings truly was "a 5-star." The written directions were great and very clear. A couple of times I needed further clarification and I was able to watch the video to understand what I needed to do. Once the wallbed was assembled and securely fastened into studs in the wall, I was able to admire what I purchased. And... it is a 5! I bought a Hampton Wallbed with two-18-inch side shelves. Both the side shelves have a pull-out shelf and a cabinet in the base. I also purchased the light kit so that guests using the wallbed could easily access lighting or read in bed. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase and absolutely recommend Wilding Wallbeds. If this company was closer to me, I would want to work there.”
