We were pleased with the quality of our purchase, and it came to us as expected in terms of the right model/color/etc. We were able to assemble it ourselves, but just barely had the skillset to do it. It is not as easy as the salesperson indicates. And we could not have done it without the video!!!!! The printed instructions were insufficient. We received a defective light fixture that was replaced quickly and without incident. We are happy with our purchase.

I was very unhappy with my bed and they would only take it back for a HUGE fee. I will never shop there again.

Actual rating would be 2.5 if I could. The order process went fairly well, but it's totally dependent on the buyer to make any changes before production - there are no reminders or follow ups. We were never asked about metal finish for the handles and didn't get what we wanted. The installers were on time and quick. A few months later we noticed that the springs squeaked very loudly. We requested service and were eventually shipped a new set with expectation that we install them. We eventually arranged to have the installers come back out and replace them. They did so and agreed that the original set was very noisy for whatever reason. A week or two later I get a call asking for payment. No one had ever told me there would be a fee...to replace a defective part under warranty. The rep said the installer should have told me. I think it's BS to expect your installers to notify the customer about payment while at their house. Anyway, the bed is pretty and still makes a fair amount of noise, just not from the springs now. I would caution others before ordering.
