“We bought this unit to replace an old towel warmer that had worn out over time. We got it with the timer switch and had it installed in our home by a professional electrician. The towel warmer works very well and heats up our towels from 7:00am, turning off at 11:00am, and has a variety of different times that you can set it for, as well as a handy override for when you want to warm your towels at a different time.”

“Towel warmer and programmable timer have been working flawlessly since install. Contractor really liked the easy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to install, as receptacles were ready when the product arrived. Customer service agent Jennifer is one of the best retail service personnel i have seen in recent times anywhere. She expedited the shipment and honored the price match (another web retailer) i requested. And followed upon the install and feedback. With this experience with them, will certainly consider them for future purchases and recommend them.”

“Took a while to figure out that in order to use the timer I needed to push the button on the actual towel warmer to turn on the heat. I live in NYC so space is at a premium. Could have used a narrower rack that was taller”

“This company is great bought a towel heater 5 years ago from Costco and but have not yet opened the box, my reno were postponed. The box was missing a part and when i called their customer service they handle the situation quickly. THIS IS A WOW for me. great product and service. thanks”

“Installed and using the Ember Flex Radiant Panel Heater- White - 500W - 35” x 24”. Panel install was easy but programming the Leviton Digital Timer Switch is a challenge. For us it's critical to have the panel on a timer of some sort because it not temperature controlled (either on or off) and consumes 500w of electricity when on or about $2/day.”
