“We chose this company because of their warranty. We will stay with this company for the service. The product was relatively easy to install under tile flooring. The warm floor makes the master bath feel so inviting and warms the room from the bottom up, it sits along two outside walls with two 4' x 4' windows and used to be so chilly. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone wanting to feel a bit of luxury in their home.”

“Very prompt assistance. When the design called for a kit that did not appear in the drop down menu on Costco.ca, WY set up to sell and ship me the kit directly. When I later discovered that the uncoupling membrane had different spacing than the design, WY was able to redesign my layout and facilitated my exchange for a longer cable at their warehouse. Install went great. Instructions were very clear. I am now enjoying warm tile flooring in our renovated bathroom.”
