“The thermostat worked fine for 5 1/2 year and then broke. The thermostat indicated a GFI - OH NO! After testing the wires (fortunately I kept the initial readings) it looked the same, so I called customer service. They were very helpful, saying it was most likely the thermostat - "a common problem at this age (5 1/2 yrs - really?). I was initially skeptical but when they offered to split the cost, I ordered it, installed it and YEAH, my floor had heat again. The web site should list this as problem and offer replacements at cost. 5 1/2 years is way too short of a lifespan for a thermostat.”

“This was a replacement thermostat. It came promptly and was easy to install. It's still working! All is good.”
