“I love my WarmlyYours floor. They offer excellent customer service. They say “any time” customer service, but they don’t have live people just waiting for your phone call, but in a matter of minutes, they will get back to you with an answer. The online chat was very helpful. Everything was just as described and the mesh heating mat was easy to install. The instructions were clear and the online videos were very helpful. “When I was talking to a friend about redoing our master bath he suggested your company for installing a heated floor. I absolutely love it!! The only mistake I made was installing the nSpire touch thermostat. In retrospect I think I would have been better served using the Wi-Fi version. I may make this upgrade in the near future. I highly recommend heating your bathroom floor. Thanks”
