“This is an excelent product. After many years our last thermostat failed. The replacement took only a few minutes to re-install. As for cuatomer serive, we have worked with Chris a few times. He was very patient and walked us through testing the heated floor to determine if the floor or thermostat was the issue. It was the thermostat and we received the replacement at half price in 2 days. This was crucial as we were entering winter.”

“Tech support was very responsive and helpful. Good follow-up. Wiring was complicated for me, I'm no electrician. But once installed it worked, and was easy and pretty intuitive to set up and schedule. Now my bathroom floor is warm and comfy twice a day when we need it to be. Yay! This was a replacement unit, the first one lasted 14 years and was less friendly to set up than the touchscreen version, and fortunately the old wiring was the same as,for nSpire Touch.”

“much more user friendly than the original from 15 or more years ago. Customer service was great. Would have given a 5 star except the shipping and product would have been at least $50 cheaper from other outlets. I relied on your advice, so I guess the $extra cost gave me piece of mind.”
