“WarmlyYours made it quite an easy purchase a replacement thermostat for our original installment. They practice what they preach. They really do make you feel part of their community. Our floor heating unit had expired after close too ten years of steady use. I was helped through the process in purchasing a compatible unit for replacement. The unit arrived within days and in great condition from the shipper. We had a licensed electrician seamlessly install the new unit. We did have to call into service for a calibration question. Our call was taken and figured out within minutes. The touch pad on the unit allowed us to be up and running quickly. Much easier upgrade use from the new unit. Do yourself a favor and definitely give this company your attention, if you're in need one of the products they offer. Sincerely, a satisfied customer.”

“Put together large under tile heater project with the design help of WarmIy yours the initial installation design with the spacer did not really work because of the long wire runs and the size of the room. When I called their office and explained the installation issue and they offered to send me the Prodeso installation membrane and rushed it right out to me. We completed the installation on time and the customer loves it. They called me for a follow up issue with no heat, worked with their Product Support on the phone at my customers site and determined that the thermostat was not working properly and they rushed me a replacement thermostat that I was able to change and got the system working, my customer was delighted, Great product with great support. Will defiantly us again. Thank you David Baker”

“We were replacing a very old heat pad under a high traffic carpet. This was not a large purchase, but the customer service we received from Jenn and the team was great. You would have thought order was 10x! Just got it installed last week under new carpet and back in my office cozy and warm.”

“I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70. I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.”

“The customer service was awesome. We were able to get the right amount of electrical wire for the square footage of the room, the correct type of thermostat & confirm the overall voltage of the system to make sure we didn't overload the circuit which had a blower heater. They were also able to recommend underlayment for our slab in CO (brrr without insulation). Thank you for a great product.”
