In my opinion WarmlyYours has perfected the process of designing and installing a radiant floor heating system. My brother-in-law has been a general contractor for 35+ years and he recommended purchasing a radiant flooring system from WarmlyYours when he heard my son and daughter-in-law wanted to install one in a bathroom I'm renovating for them. This was the first time I installed a radiant floor system and WarmlyYours made it so easy by providing the design / layout drawing, the right materials needed to install it, concise installation instructions and a 24/7 technical support hotline if needed. Cost for the material was reasonable. Looking back I wish I installed a similar system on a couple other bathroom reno's I did.

Initial phone call to the service department was not every helpful. But once I decided to just buy a new thermostat then the process was straight forward and the CS person was super helpful

The thermostat I wanted was delivered the same week I ordered it. The device is directly connected to the power line as opposed to lead wires from the device - like my previous one whose lead wires burnt out.

I had a problem with an older model thermostat. I'm a DIY person so I called the tech support. It was refreshing to have a company with great support of their product and not just reading from a script. They actually know their product and how to help. Super great experience.
