“My thermostat for my WarmlyYours flooring began malfunctioning after nearly 20 years of flawless performance. The WarmYours support was incredible in helping me pinpoint the problem to the thermostat and assisting me in selecting the replacement thermostat. The new thermostat arrived in a timely manner and I was able to install in less than 1 hour. Happy to have my warm floors back!”

“I can't say enough for the helpfulness of the gentleman who assisted me with this order. I was looking for a thermostat to replace one that had had died several years ago. Fortunately, I had the model number for the old one and he was able to immediately recommend a replacement, explain how it worked and most of all, reassure me that the new one would warm up the cold radiant flooring in the bathroom. I am reluctant to order things online but this experience was so positive, I may be more inclined to do it again.”
