“Sent an email to Customer service for a recommendation to replace a thermostat for my in floor heat. They responded very quickly with the new model that would work with my system this was installed 15 plus years ago. They even gave me a discount for being a returning customer.”

“Once i got the unit installed correctly, it works great. I did have issues however. I had to return the first unit as I could not get the front face plate off. The return process was prompt and professional, and the new unit came quicker than expected. Once I got the replacement, it did take me a couple tries to wire it correctly, but once I did get it installed we are very happy. Watch the installation videos!!! If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems.”
