From the beginning of the project, replacing 2 older floor heating thermostats, the assistance from order placement, fulfillment and installation - it was excellent. Great product and service.

After 2 previous orders through Amazon Both orders were shipped the wrong size I had to call WarmlyYours directly to get the correct size shipped to me.

I was never good at programming our original thermostat, so when it stopped working, I decided to go with a simple on or off thermostat. I works fine and customer service for the order and installation was terrific.

Excellent. I called a number of times to get technical directions ( verbal and written) as to determining if my under heat wiring or wall thermostat had failed. Your staff was really helpful as I had no experience and didn't want to hire an electrician to trouble shoot and make the repair. The follow up on my issues was also much appreciated. Exceptional customer service!

We are so pleased with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The service we received from the company was amazing. We so appreciated the help with placing our order. We had a small issue with our thermostat and WarmlyYours replaced the thermostat immediately no questions asked, they were supportive and quick to ensure we had everything we needed to have this amazing heated floor. I recommend WarmlyYours, a company that provides excellent customer service and an excellent product.

We purchased our bathroom tile floor heating pad over 23 years ago. It was worked perfect for the entire time. One day I noticed the floor was not warm, needless to say the wife's toes getting cold is not good for anyone....lol Working with WarmlyYours, Jeff helped me determine that it was the thermostat that was not working. After 23 years they still considered us a loyal customer and gave us a 50% discount toward a new thermostat. Jeff also sent me all the documents needed to install the new thermostat. Working with WarmlyYours was a GREAT experience!!! Her toes are happy again......
