“The nSpire Touch WiFi and Touch Thermostat are significant upgrades from the original model we had. Its larger display and user-friendly programming make it much easier to operate. Unlike the previous version, where adjusting the time of day was a struggle, this new thermostat is straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the customer service team is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It was a good experience.”

“Upon realizing my floors were no longer warm and considering the prospect of tearing all my floors up or selling my house, I was able to call the Customer support line at 8am and Was connected with Anatoliy Isayenko. He walked me through how we troubleshoot the matter when the floors no longer heat up. He kept me cool in an anxious situation. Once the troubleshooting was completed, he was able to coordinate an email to purchase a new thermostat. Buying a new device was absolutely a bummer given that the one that was installed was only about 5 yrs old, but buying the thermostat rather than rip up my floors was satisfactory. In a couple of days, the New thermostat arrived and I was able to install. The floors work perfectly as they should and I am very pleased with the outcome.”
