“Installation was easy. We did have some initial problems with pairing the thermostat with my iPhone, however. After talking with tech support, I was advised to attempt the pairing process multiple times. Eventually the pairing was successful. Although a bit frustrating, we were finally able to program the thermostat successfully and it is working fine.”

Thank you for your review. The issue that you are referring to stemmed from a security setup quirk present on IOS devices. Now that we have learned how to configure the bluetooth settings in iPhones, this situation has been resolved and the setup can be done very quickly and easily. - Scott, Technical Support Manager.

“I called WarmlyYours with an issue regarding my heated floor. They quickly determined my 15-year-old thermostat was no longer working, sent one to me within a week and gave me the contact information of someone who could install it. My floor is up and running!”

“I bought the updated thermostat to replace the old one that was no longer working in my customer's home. Their videos helped me diagnose the problem. The install was super straight forward. Their customer service is legit. I don't have heated floors in my home, but am putting them in my bathroom later this year. I will for sure use the WarmlyYours system, no question.”

“Was unsure but it was a small area and decided to proceed. No regrets what so ever. Love the warmth radiating from the tile floors! The installation was somewhat of a challenge for my inexperienced husband. But installed now….no looking back!”
