The Apnea Nose clips is fully adjustable. Set to its maximum width the opening gap between the nose pad measures 3cm, at its minimal setting the gap between the nose pad measures 1cm. Most Apnea participants we have sold this nose clip to seem to have adjusted the nose clip to be suitable for their requirements.
