“As a container, it's great - holds the fluids, as a container should. But I'm only reviewing it because mine broke, and my experience with the support team here was amazing. (For reference, I do not blame the glass. I blame the combination of days of filling it with ice-cold beverages in Aussie heat while a tropical storm and that crazy air pressure descended on my home.) My first beaker cracked under the (literal) pressure, and one little email to the team showing them what had happened, then I had a shiny new replacement winging its way to me in a matter of days. The rep was *lovely* and even played with my admittedly weird sense of humor while we were going back and forth discussing the whole thing. I felt 100% valued, and my new glass has been perfect and issue-free.”
