“I ordered the 1L bottle sleeve as I ordered the 1L bottle, however when my delivery arrived Waterdrop had packed a 600ml sleeve. I sent an email regarding this error on 12th Feb and received an autoreply advising a response would be provided within 48 hours. It is now 2nd March and I am still yet to receive a response. Very disrespectful towards a paying customer who has not received the correct order!”
“It's a decent sleeve that feels like it'll last a while and the wetsuit like material is good for getting wet. It is quite tricky to get the bottle in due to the very tight fit and lack of grip to secure it in.”
