“Two of the flavours actually had some flavour - the rest were quite pointless as it barely changed the flavour of the water and in fact made it less desirable to drink as it was a nothing flavour. Blackberry was the only one I really enjoyed. I won't buy again.”

“I contacted Water Drop via their feedback survey, contact form, messenger, phone, and email, regarding my starter pack flavours. Three of the six flavours I was sent are not offerred on their website. Not one response from them. Very poor (non-existent) customer service.”
