“I ordered the limited edition Ricola bottle and it arrived completely broken with nothing protecting the product inside the package, I was sent a regular water bottle as a replacement as Waterdrop didn’t have any replacement Ricola bottles as the product is sold out. I am extremely disappointed from the brand as you are not able to deliver the product I paid for, If it wasn’t for the Ricola edition I wouldn’t have placed an order. Very disappointing for a company that consider’s itself for a big one…”
