“My order #FR1219309 went back to waterdrop due to a transporter mistake. This can happen but now Waterdrop is no longer replying to my emails. I need them or to send back the package or to refurbish me for this order I have paid. This is not professional and I’m highly disappointed from Waterdrop. I’m not recommending ordering online anymore here.”
