“I don't drink caffinated drinks, but it's nice to have a gentle boost. I actually wanted to try it for rehydrating after a workout, and I'm ordering it again in another flavor because I enjoyed it. I'm trying out different electrolyte replacement tabs, and this is one of the better so far.”
