“I bought the pad like usual but unfortunately they are thicker than before so they can’t fit in my carafe. I can’t close the carafe with the new pads. I came to the store to check with them what was the issue and we couldn’t find a solution. The refunded me the pads but now I can’t use my carafe anymore.
