“although the wax finally was delivered to me and is exactly what I ordered and the quality is good, i rated it 3 stars because the customer support was not the best. The wax was not included in my original order and when i reached out to customer support to fix this issue it was as if they didnt believe me and had me basically jumping through hoops to prove this. They also did not return the voicemails that I left to talk about the issue over the phone. I have been a customer for a couple of years and never have had an issue until now. I will continue to order from this copmpany in hopes this will not happen again, but I am disappointed with how the customer support handled my problem. They did finally end up sending me the way that was missing from my original order after going back and forth with them for over a week. So I am glad and thankful they did correct the issue.”

“I have really sensitive skin and I dont like to use anything that will irritate my skin. I love this wax becuase it is great for all skin types and skin conditions. It does dry quick so it is great doe fast waxers. The only negitive is that it holds heat. My clients will say it feels hot when it is soo cool that i dont even haveto fully spin the stick.”

“I got this one since it is comparable to Nova Wax and dare I say....I believe this one is better It picked up all of the hairs and I had to only do 1 clean up strip where with the other I have to do a few.”
