“This gave me awful cracking at the sides of my mouth (so painful that I could barely open my mouth). I didn't believe it was the tooth soap but after ruling everything else out I tried the soap again and the same happened. My kids' lips also got strangely dry. Had to throw it out. Beware!”

Hello again. We have managed to locate your order 46122 and we can see that this order dates back to September 2020. We sincerely apologise, we sent out some review invitations in error to customers who placed orders with us a year or more ago. We contacted the brand Georganics regarding your review. They responded that they haven't received any other complaints from customers regarding cracking on the sides of the mouth. The Toothsoap formula is very mild, however, it is a soap and could have the potential of drying some people's lips. It is also possible that you could also have sensitivity to the organic peppermint essential oil, or the coconut oil - its very hard to tell. The brand recommended that you discontinue using the product immediately. The brand have sincerely apologised and have issued a full refund to you. Kind regards, Wearth London Customer Services.
