“I personally couldn't use them as the slide would not go back. Husband managed to after some effort but then couldn't get the slide to fully close leaving the last inch open so food wouldn't be sealed. Advised they would get better over time but as myself and daughter couldn't open them we couldn't use them. Also think they shouldn't be called ziplock as this implies it operates effortlessly as a zip and it doesn't. This is a plastic slide which threads on to the top of the bag.”

They responded as follows - They’re not faulty, they’re sometimes a bit stiff when you first use them but they do loosen up. Happy to give a refund though.
