“LOVEEEEE this blanket. Not the easiest to travel with because of its weight but helps me sleep soundly at night. All the weight is evenly distributed perfectly”
“I have had this product since November, 2018. The beads that create the weight in the blanket were initially distributed evenly have slid into a few peripheral pockets around the edges of the blanket, leaving the center of the blanket empty and weightless. I tried to shake the blanket and redistribute the beads, but they don't seem to easily leave the pocket that they've slid into and it would be impossible to spread them back out evenly into the dozens of empty pockets. I have enjoyed this blanket and hope that this was a flaw in this specific blanket. I will be contacting the manufacturer and will provide an update on whether or not they replace this defective product.”
“Beads move to the edges after several months rendering the blanket useless. It essentially becomes 2 sheets sown together in the middle and an extra weighted death trap around the edges. I wish I could return it.”
“Ok, if you’ve ever experienced the heavy apron/cape the dental hygienist throws over you before getting an X-ray of your teeth, then you have an idea what this blanket feels like. Like some of us, I suffer from depression and when I go to the dentist I‘ll ask my hygienist if she’ll drape me with the heavyX-ray apron/cape while she cleans my teeth. Don’t laugh. Im serious when I say that thing has a calming/relaxing effect. So when I heard about a weighted blanket, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I love my blanket. I feel like Linus from The Peanuts Gang. Lol. No but seriously, this is the most amazing blanket. I am so glad I made the decision to get myself one. It helps me with my depression. It cools and comforts at the same time. I am 5’4” 129 lbs & I bought the 15 pound blanket which is perfect for me. These blankets are also good at calming babies and children. How it works, I don’t know nor do I care. I just know that it works.”
